Being a teacher is one of the world's greatest professions. I have the challenging job of creating lessons and experiences for the leaders of our future. The little bodies that occupy my classroom are going to be in charge of the world when I am drawing on my social security, which pushes me to cram as much knowledge into their tiny little brains.
For those of you who have little to no experience with children, it really is entertaining. "Out of the mouths of babes" is an expression I remark upon daily. Sometimes ingenious and sometimes ludicrous, children are amazing. This blog's purpose is to share the experiences of these precious people and to chronicle them for my own keeping.
To ensure both pride and privacy are kept intact, I will change the names of all persons involved...
